Purchases of ScreenLife Pro are processed by Paddle, the Merchant of Record. Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
If you are a consumer, you can request a cancellation/refund within 14 days of purchase (counted from the day after the transaction is completed), in line with Paddle’s consumer cancellation rules.
To request a refund, please contact Paddle Order Support and include your order details (purchase email, date/time). Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

If a valid refund request is submitted within the 14-day cancellation window, the reimbursement will be made without undue delay and returned using the same payment method used for the purchase.
