This Privacy Policy explains how ScreenLife (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and Screen Time calculator.
We aim to collect as little as possible. The calculator can be used without creating an account.
- Inputs you type into the calculator (age, target age, hours/day): processed in your browser to calculate results. We do not intentionally request personal identifiers in these fields.
- Basic technical data: device/browser info, approximate location from IP, and referral pages may be processed by hosting/analytics tools to keep the service secure and functioning.
- Purchase info (Pro): if you buy Pro, the payment provider (e.g. Paddle) processes your email, payment, and receipt details. We receive limited purchase confirmation data needed to provide access/support.
- Provide and improve the calculator experience
- Security, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting
- Customer support and responding to requests
- Confirming Pro purchases and enabling Pro access
We may use essential cookies (or similar storage) for security and performance. If analytics are enabled, they help us understand basic usage (e.g. page views).
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only with:
- Payment providers (for checkout and receipts)
- Hosting / infrastructure providers (to run the site)
- Analytics providers (if enabled)
- Legal compliance (if required by law)
Calculator inputs are intended to be processed in your browser. Purchase and support records may be kept as long as needed for support, accounting, and legal obligations.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. You can contact us at support@screenlife.ai and we’ll help.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect data. No system is 100% secure, but we work to prevent unauthorized access.
The service is not intended for young children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through our services, contact us and we will address it.
If you purchased Pro and have access issues, include your purchase email in the message.
